Why wouldn't I just hire a full-time designer?
subscribing to our unlimited design plans will get you:
– Lower cost (senior-level designers average out at $100,000 + benefits).
– Flexibility to pause and resume your subscription between peak and downtimes.
– Flexibility to upgrade and downgrade your plans when required.
– Cancel anytime (no string attached).
Is there a limit to how many requests I can have?
Absolutely not! Once subscribed, you’re able to queue unlimited design requests. Your selected plan will determine how fast they are processed.
How fast will I receive my designs?
Most requests are completed between 12 to 48 hours on average.
Complex designs will take longer, depending on the complexity levels.
What if I only have a single request?
That’s totally fine. Once your single request is completed, you can pause your subscription and resume it whenever you have additional design needs.
How does the pause feature work?
We understand you won’t always have enough design requests to fill up an entire month. That’s where our pause feature comes in.
Our billing cycles are based on 31 day period. Let’s say you used up 21 days, and then decide to pause your subscription. This will grant you a balance of 10 days of service to be used whenever you decide to resume your subscription in the future.
How do I request designs?
With Trello; you’ll have your own infinite designs list for you to queue your requests. As well as sharing Google docs, Google drive links, wireframes, and even sharing short video briefs (if you prefer not to write it down).
What if I don't like the design?
With Haider Studios it’s not only the design requests that are unlimited, you’ll get unlimited revisions as well. We’ll keep revising the design until you’re 100% satisfied.
Are there any refunds if I don't like the service?
We take great pride on the premium quality of our work.
We do not issue any refunds.
